I'm frequently asked what's the difference between a Manager and an Agent.  There are basically two differences between managers and agents:  1.  an agent has to be licensed by the state while a manager does not, and, 2.  a manager oversees their client's career while an agent secures jobs for their client.  (In other words, it's my job to make sure things run smoothly.)
